WHO WE ARE

Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County is a community-based non profit organization which helps seniors in the county remain independent. We have been a part of the community since 2005. We pride ourselves on the strength of a Board of Directors who guide our direction, the many caring volunteers who serve, and a staff that connects all the pieces!

We strengthen our community by connecting seniors with caring volunteers there to lend a helping hand. Interfaith Caregivers can assist with tasks like grocery shopping and transportation, helping make each day a little easier. Our vision is that all Washington County seniors will have access to the resources necessary to maintain independence.

WHAT WE DO

We connect seniors with caring volunteers ready to lend a helping hand. We provide assistance with things a friend or neighbor might do, including transportation, grocery shopping or simply a friendly face checking in from time to time.

WHY WE DO IT

We believe people of all ages deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and are valued for their contributions. We remain focused on enhancing our community by keeping seniors safe and healthy, with access to the resources necessary to maintain independence.
